The following guidelines apply for purchasing wholesale:
Since a majority of our items are made or created "in house" there are times when supplies are limited (fabric, shoe size/style etc) or sold out. Please check with me PRIOR to placing a wholesale order that the desired item(s) are in stock.
There is a minimum purchase of $200.00 for all new orders. Because each item is hand-crafted, all orders must be pre-paid. We cannot accept COD's. Placing your order authorizes Cupcake Kids Artwear to charge your account at anytime after the order is placed.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be filled. There is a 30% charge for rush orders, if you need it filled sooner than this. .
We will be happy to exchange an item should there be a merchandise defect only. All exchanges must be pre-authorized. Resale prices must be double that of wholesale.
